BJ BJI Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the player", "you") and bj bji ("the platform", "we", "us"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting services available at bjbji.click. By accessing the bj bji website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on any product offered by bj bji, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by bj bji including cricket betting, live casino games, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Poker, Ludo Games, the VIP Club, all bonus and promotional offers, and any customer support services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any bj bji service.

To register and use bj bji you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bj bji is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not permit minors to register accounts or participate in any form of gaming or betting.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts on bj bji.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player at bj bji or be subject to any active account suspension or closure imposed by bj bji.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of bj bji or any of its affiliates, technology providers, or business partners in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must use your own payment methods — betting with funds belonging to another person is not permitted on bj bji.

bj bji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. If documents provided are found to be false or incomplete, bj bji may immediately close the account and withhold any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

Each eligible person may hold exactly one (1) account on bj bji. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in them.

• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Notify bj bji support promptly if any registered detail changes.
• Your bj bji account is personal to you. You must not share your account, your login credentials, or your account access with any third party.
• If bj bji discovers that two or more accounts have been created by the same individual, all accounts may be merged or closed, bonuses forfeited, and net winnings from bonus play withheld pending investigation.
• bj bji may require identity verification (KYC) at registration, during normal operation, or before processing a withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no deposits, bets or logins) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bj bji reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to dormant account balances, subject to notification being sent to the registered contact.

All transactions on bj bji are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. bj bji does not impose hidden conversion charges — Rs 1,000 deposited equals Rs 1,000 credited to your wallet.

• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as your bj bji account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• bj bji reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding account history norms.
• You may only withdraw funds derived from real-money deposits and real-money winnings. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Deposits made by bank card may be subject to reversal if a chargeback is initiated. bj bji reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals and suspend accounts pending investigation of chargebacks.
• bj bji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside bj bji's control.
• Any balance remaining in a dormant account after 24 months of inactivity may be transferred to a reserve fund after reasonable notice is provided to the registered contact.

The following rules govern all sports and cricket bets placed on bj bji. By placing a bet you confirm that you accept these rules without reservation.

• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your bj bji bet history with the status "Accepted". Bets shown as "Pending" have not been confirmed and may be rejected if odds change materially before acceptance.
• bj bji reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed (late bets on concluded events).
• If a match is abandoned before a result is determined under applicable rules (e.g., DLS method for cricket), all pre-match bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. In-play bets settled before the abandonment stand.
• In-play odds are updated continuously. By clicking to place a bet you accept the odds shown at the exact moment of your click. bj bji operates an "Accept Any Odds" or "Accept Better Odds" setting which you may configure in your account preferences.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per player. These limits are set by bj bji at its discretion and may be changed without notice based on market conditions, event type or player history.
• bj bji may restrict or decline bets from players it determines to be professional or syndicated bettors placing bets in patterns that exploit pricing errors. This is standard practice in the industry and is not subject to appeal on a per-bet basis.
• Cash Out is available on selected in-play markets. The Cash Out value reflects the current market and is offered at bj bji's discretion. Cash Out requests are processed in real time and may be declined if the market suspends between request and processing.

All casino games on bj bji — including Live Casino, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Poker and Ludo Games — are subject to the following rules in addition to any game-specific rules published on the relevant game page.

• RNG-based (automated) games on bj bji use certified random number generators that produce outcomes that are statistically independent round to round. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• Live dealer games are managed by trained professional dealers using physical equipment in a studio environment. Outcomes are determined by real cards, real wheels or real dice — bj bji has no ability to influence live game results.
• Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to disconnections, lag, display errors or software bugs — may result in a game round being voided. Where voiding occurs, the stake for that round will be refunded. bj bji is not liable for any expected winnings on a voided round.
• Bets placed after a game round has technically closed — even if the interface appeared to accept them — will be voided and refunded. bj bji's server timestamp is the authoritative record of when a bet was placed.
• Players may not use automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets on their behalf without human instruction on each bet. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed in each game lobby before play begins. These limits may differ by game variant and VIP Club tier.

bj bji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Every active promotion has its own specific terms page which supplements — and in case of conflict, overrides — the general bonus rules stated here. Always read the promotion-specific terms before opting in.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds become real-money funds only after the wagering requirement attached to the bonus has been met in full.
• The standard wagering requirement on bj bji deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
• Not all games on bj bji contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and Andar Bahar typically contribute 100%. Live Casino games may contribute at a different rate. The contribution table for each promotion is published on its dedicated terms page.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational play only. bj bji reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where bonus abuse — including bonus farming, matched betting using bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account play — is detected.
• bj bji may at any time withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion. Players who have already opted in and met the qualifying conditions will have their entitlements honoured unless there is clear evidence of abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. If multiple accounts claim the same welcome offer, all associated bonuses will be revoked.
• Cashback offers through the VIP Club are calculated on net losses (total wager minus total returns) over the defined period. Cashback credits are added to your real-money wallet with a 1x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

The bj bji VIP Club is a loyalty programme that rewards players based on their monthly wagering activity. Membership is automatic — all registered bj bji accounts begin at Bronze tier. Tier progression and rewards are governed by the rules published on the VIP Club page, which should be read alongside these general Terms.

• Tier status is calculated on a rolling monthly basis. Meeting the wager threshold for a higher tier during a calendar month will result in tier upgrade effective from the first day of the following month.
• VIP tier benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account manager access — are available only for as long as the qualifying wager threshold is maintained.
• bj bji reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, cashback rates, and benefits at any time with 14 days' notice to affected players via registered email or in-app notification.
• VIP Club membership and associated benefits are personal to the account holder. They cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bj bji. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended, their balance withheld pending investigation, and in serious cases referred to relevant authorities.

• Creating more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices or payment methods.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or interacts with bj bji without direct human instruction on each individual action.
• Exploiting errors in odds pricing, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to gain an artificial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Collusion with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, sharing hand information in live games, or coordinating bets to guarantee a combined profit at bj bji's expense.
• Laundering funds through bj bji — depositing money, wagering minimally, and withdrawing as a method of disguising the origin of funds.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving services or winnings from bj bji.
• Abusive, threatening, or offensive communication directed at bj bji staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email or support tickets.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bj bji login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. bj bji will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Do not share your password with anyone, including people who claim to be from bj bji support.

• If you believe your bj bji account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately at support@bjbji.click so we can temporarily suspend the account and investigate.
• bj bji is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials voluntarily with a third party, regardless of the circumstances or claimed justification.
• All bj bji traffic is served over HTTPS with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your password is stored using one-way hashing — bj bji staff cannot see your plain-text password at any time.
• We recommend using a password that is unique to bj bji and not reused from other services. A strong password contains at least 10 characters including a mix of letters, numbers and symbols.

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by bj bji is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have in relation to it. Please read the Privacy Policy alongside these Terms.

bj bji is committed to responsible gaming and the prevention of harm to vulnerable players. The tools available on bj bji to support responsible play are detailed on the Responsible Gaming page. You are encouraged to use these tools proactively — do not wait until gambling becomes a problem before setting limits.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can add to your bj bji account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased without a cooling-off period; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session time alerts: configure notifications to remind you how long you have been playing on bj bji during a given session.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently block your bj bji account from gaming activity. Temporary exclusions last a minimum of 72 hours. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality checks: periodic pop-up reminders within the gaming environment showing your session duration and net position during the session.
• Underage protection: bj bji strongly recommends that players with children use device parental controls to prevent minors accessing the platform.

bj bji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity has taken place in connection with the account.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory, legal or law enforcement authority.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to bj bji, to other players, or to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. bj bji will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the account is confirmed as in good standing following investigation, the hold on withdrawals will be lifted. If a violation is confirmed, balances may be withheld in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the violation.

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting bj bji support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's last used payment method following completion of KYC verification.

bj bji provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime and fast, reliable performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. You use bj bji at your own risk.

• bj bji is not liable for losses arising from interruptions to service caused by factors outside our direct control including internet outages, mobile network failures, device malfunctions, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• bj bji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage arising from use of the platform.
• bj bji's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action is limited to the net real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
• Nothing in these Terms limits bj bji's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

bj bji may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our products, legal obligations, or operational practices. When material changes are made, we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via your registered email address or via a prominent notification on the bj bji platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of bj bji after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using bj bji and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
